The heart behind
Simple Man.
Simple Man was built on an example worth following: a father who worked hard, provided for his family, and stayed loyal to the same company for 40 years. He never complained, even through his battle with cancer. His example lives on in how we work: keep your word, own your responsibilities, and take pride in what you leave behind.
The name comes from one of his favorite songs, Simple Man by Lynyrd Skynyrd. Its message of living simply and remembering what matters resonated with how he lived. That message, paired with his work ethic, shaped our approach to business. Treat people right. Keep your word. Do the work well. Focus on the result without making the process harder than it needs to be. Even the face in our logo was traced from his photograph—a reminder of the man behind those values.
After his passing, family and faith helped point the way forward. We give thanks to God for opening the door to this opportunity and guiding our steps. We carry that gratitude into how we serve our customers, support our partners, and care for the work entrusted to us.
